30-Day Returns

As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!

**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.

There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.

1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.

2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.

You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.

Some important notes about returns:

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.

    • If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.

  • Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.

If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:

1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you.
2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

If you have any questions, please feel free to either email us at info@adaptivemall.com or call us at 1-800-371-2778 or 1-315-429-7112 to reach Customer Service. We are here to help!

The STRIDER® 14x Balance Bike teaches kids about balance and steering first, at their own pace. Recommended for kids ages 3-7 with inseam measurement between 16-23 in. (40-58cm).

If you really think about it, does riding a tricycle teach balance? The simple answer is no. What about training wheels, do training wheels teach balance? Again, the simple answer is no.

A no-pedal balance bike offers kids a way to learn about balancing on two wheels and steering, completely at their own pace. Putting their feet to ground when they need to, allows them to rapidly build confidence in the process that they completely control. Gradually and safely learning about balance and steering before the introduction of pedals builds your child’s confidence and coordination without fear of falling. Instead, a sense of confidence and adventure is fostered while learning. Kids experience the feel of leaning and how steering affects the balance of the bike. Most "walk" the Strider 14x balance bike to start. As they feel more comfortable, walking turns into running and then to feet up for gliding. Handlebars and Seat are adjustable in height so this bike can take you through multiple growth spurts. The seat is equipped with a quick release seat post clamp so no tools are needed for height adjustment.

When balance and steering are mastered, transitioning to a bicycle with pedals is easy. The Strider 14x has an Easy-Ride Pedal Conversion Kit that quickly transforms this balance bike without pedals to a full-fledged bicycle with pedals. Learning to pedal on the same bike where balance and steering were learned offers the rider a huge advantage. The process can be seamless- completed without adult prodding or pushing. Installation is simple- just a few turns of the wrench with all needed tools and hardware included.

For even younger kids, be sure to check out the Strider 12” No-Pedal Balance Bike offered in 3 different models. The Strider 12 can be purchased with an optional rocker base which enables children younger than a year and older to build familiarity with the bike while developing their balance, spatial awareness, and core strength through rocking.

The Strider Balance Bike works on the development of motor skills, specifically balance, strength, endurance and coordination. Often, increases in self-confidence and social interaction are a bonus too.
