  • Your order must be $100 or more to qualify for FREE Shipping. If your order is less than $100, a $15.95 shipping fee will be added regardless of size or weight!
  • Some products must be shipped via Freight! Unfortunately, these items DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping. This will be indicated on each item page if Free Shipping does not apply.

Standard Shipments are sent via commercial ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx, etc. Your order will travel by regular ground service which usually takes 3-10 working days for delivery once your order leaves the warehouse. Please note that not all items are in stock, many are made to order and may take longer before they are ready to leave the warehouse.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Service, or 3rd Day Service UPS & FedEx continue to suspend ALL service guarantees! Please be aware that several shipping companies are experiencing shipment delivery delays for different parts of the USA. This may increase the time it takes for your products to reach you and expedited shipments are not guaranteed. If you need a product delivered quickly, please contact us via one of the methods below and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and all APO Addresses will be emailed for each specific order before your credit card is charged. Please monitor your email and reply as soon as possible so your order is not delayed. Your order will not be processed until you authorize the shipping charges.

Do you have a Receiving Dock? Due to the cumbersome size and weight of certain products (For example: Beds By George products), the manufacturer requires a Moving Company deliver these products indoors for an additional charge. Curbside delivery is included. However, if we will be delivering to a school or facility with a receiving dock, please let us know and other arrangements can be made.

Signature Required for Delivery Adaptivemall.com requires a signature for items valued at $250 or over. Please be aware that these items will not be delivered without adult signature.

Moving Company delivery is for safety and costs an extra $275.00. This delivery service includes:

  • Delivery by a moving company.
  • The movers will consolidate the order.
  • Delivery inside to room of choice.
  • Removal of rubbish.
  • Light assembly services
