The Rifton Hip Positioner with Handholds is designed to support optimal pelvic positioning for gait. It swings with the user’s gait pattern enabling natural pelvic movement and lower extremity weight-shifting with hip abduction. The four straps suspending the Hip Positioner are individually adjustable to ensure optimal position of the user’s pelvis, whether to assist with weight-bearing or to act as a safety sling. Rings on the posterior strap of the Hip Positioner clip onto the handholds mounted on the Pacer frame, allowing the user to be quickly secured following transfer.

The Small Hip Positioner with Handholds fits ALL size Pacer Frames. The Large Hip Positioner with Handholds fits ONLY the Medium, Large, and X-Large Pacer Frames. Please refer to the size chart in pictures above for dimensions of the Hip Positioner without Pad.
