The Optional Adduction Strap is adjustable using the Velcro closure. It wraps around the rider’s upper legs just above the knees to help keep the hips in neutral alignment. Especially helpful for riders who have weak adductor muscles (muscles on the inside of the hip) due to low muscle tone and tend to have difficulty with knees moving out to the sides as they pedal.
