As long as the equipment is returned in new, re-saleable condition, within 30 days of the Return Authorization we will refund your original purchase cost without any re-stock fee!
**For the health and welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow toileting or bathing/shower product returns because of sanitary and personal hygiene reasons. Some manufacturers will not permit returns on certain products. Due to the custom, hand-made nature of Beds by George products, beds and accessories are not returnable. Please check with Customer Service if you have any questions.
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return.
1) Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
2) Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the products. Email us or call us for return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed.
Some important notes about returns:
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order for expedited, international or other shipping it is Non-Refundable even upon return of your order.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from. If you return an item to our warehouse in New York without a Return Authorization Number the cost we incur to ship the item to the manufacturer's warehouse on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of your credit, if any.
If the item cannot be made re-sellable you have the option of:
1. Paying to have the item delivered back to you. 2. Adjustment to credit for a 25% Disposal Fee.

The Convaid Carrot 3 Special Needs Child Restraint System is designed for children and teens with special needs who require minimal to moderate postural support when riding in a car. The Carrot 3 Child Restraint System is a Booster Style Seat meaning it REQUIRES THE USE OF THE VEHICLES LAP/SHOULDER BELT in addition to the 5-Point Harness when traveling. The Carrot 3 accommodates children and teens from 30 – 108 lbs. (13.6-49kg) and from 37 – 60 in. (94-152.4cm). The booster seat has “Free Angle” Recline, conforming to the vehicles’ seat for up to 180 degrees recline (reclines at any position 90 degrees upright to 180 degrees flat) giving caregiver’s easy access to the user for personal care including clothing and diaper changes. However, the Carrot 3 Booster Seat was crash tested at a 30 degree recline from vertical. It should not be used for transport in a moving vehicle reclined more than 30 degrees from vertical (upright). The Carrot 3 provides optimal positioning for users with insufficient head, trunk, and pelvic stability and has extensive growth capabilities. The Contoured Headrest, Body-Conforming Foam, and Optional Shoulder Wings improve side impact protection.
The Carrot 3 Child Restraint System is easy to install and meets the highest industry standards for safety. It is LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tethers) equipped and comes standard with a Top Tether Strap. Please Note: Most vehicles manufactured after September 1, 2002 are required to have LATCH Systems to secure safety seats. If your car does not have a LATCH System, please call Customer Service at 800-371-2778 to special order required securement straps for the Carrot 3 Child Restraint Seat.
